I live close by a nice lake and town. I'm wanting to build a small tiny octagon cabin, and live off grid with a female with the same interests , grow own food, solar, and wind power , hunt fish, and enjoy the outdoors. Would like to live on the lake in tiny floating house part time , and in the cabin part time. I'm a semi retired veteran . So if theirs any females out there with the same interests , just e-mail me and let's talk . I live all out door things , and nature.

You might want to add where this lake and cabin are. Location is often a factor in getting a response. Octagon is good feng shuI. Getting ready to go off grid myself. I've out grown my tiny urban farm. Need more space for my goats, bunnies, geese, chickens and two cats. I'd have emailed but I'm new here and don't know how to find your email. I was pleasantly surprised to find other grownups on here.

Hi Junior I'm Martha.
When I saw what you wrote about the octagon I kind of chuckled because I have the same idea only mine is more like a beehive. I just bought an acre in Tennessee and went to look at it this past Saturday and Sunday drove back to civilization in fort Lauderdale. I have been dreaming about this sort of thing since I was a child and I find I can't wait any longer. I've had the land since 2018 and just got permits for building I would love to come out to your property and see what you got going on meet you make friends have some coffee. And talk permaculture. I'm a good listener and a great brainstormer I'm looking forward to your reply.
Martha
