Hi,
I've been using the climate battery calculator, but I would need something similar for calculating earth cooling tubes for a greenhouse. Does anybody know of something like that?

I'm planning on installing a few of these, based on ideas from this book: https://www.goodreads.com/en/book/show/28483296-diy

I'm not sure how a calculator would work because there's a few variables present and the technology, while certainly time tested, doesn't seem to very academically studied. Type of pipe, diameter of pipe, proximity of pipes to other pipes, bends, screening/filter material, depth, interior air pressure, and ground temperature would make substantial differences.

The back-of-the-envelope math from the book referenced said "1 4" pipe, 100' buried length, hopefully 6' or deeper, for each bedroom". For larger rooms (Great Room, etc) it recommended using 2 of the same. Beyond that, I'm not sure of anything more detailed but if something exists I'd love to know it.
