We're in South Colorado.  60 acres. Seasonal spring. Majestic canyons that meet at the heart of the land.  Treed very private. 30 mins away from civilization.  Lots of wild life. Looking for like minded fellow permaculture peeps. All ages welcome we're here to share teach and create.  Can you say food forest?  Live off the land. Live near nature.  Share crops and profits.
We offer place to park RV,  Tiny house spaces. Must be set up for 100% off grid.
Parking spaces  come with your own garden space as well.
Spaces can be in exchange for work.  Or a flat fee of $300 a month.
We want to attract entrepreneur minds, artist, farmers, and all around kind people a must. Must have self love and love all nature. Looking for quality off course.  Follow your dreams. Life is to short. Much love to you.

I would seriously suggest perusing the threads on this site around intentional community and related topics.  As well as the website ic.org  What you are envisioning is a type of community, and will be subject to the same dynamics and challenges.  As you may have surmised, there are many many questions around sustainability that can best be addressed, and sometimes can only be addressed, by larger groups of people than a couple or a family off by themselves.  The question is how to form and maintains such a group.  There are several ways it can succeed, and rather more ways to crash it.

Good plan. There's some land up here near Bellingham that does a similar arrangement successfully. The Winters are too gray for me there but sunny Colorado is calling my name. I have a friend with land in New Mexico that I want to visit so am planning to check it out.

this is supposed to be a surprise, but it smells like a tiny ad:
