Caribbean Volunteer opportunity

Hi everyone,
We are accepting applications for volunteers at our horse ranch and sustainable living farm project in the beautiful Caribbean.
If you are interested in organic gardening, basic permaculture design, tropical horticulture and sustainable living practices you will certainly enjoy our farm.
This is an ongoing project and is diverse, a learning vacation.
Our property is located on the North coast of the Dominican Repermies, up on the mountain over looking the city of Puerto Plata and the ocean beyond.
We live in harmony with nature and enjoy the cool breezes and the warm tropical climate.
Our farm is also the home to 21 horses (from foals to adults) living free in the pastures and not stabled. We practice natural horsemanship and liberty training.
The horses are fed healthy, nutritious grass that we ourselves propagate and plant here on the property using cuttings. The manure is used in compost mounds and integrated into our soil. Nothing goes to waste and we utilize every resource that we can.

Hi my name is Alexandra Budz,

I am a recent graduate of Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. I have always loved gardening , and my family tries to use organic produce, meats, etc. and I have become very interest, in doing more. I don't not really have a great deal of experience with permacullture farming, but have done a great deal of research and I would love to learn more.
