Pigs in strawberry patch

I have 3, 2 month old pigs. They are on a mix of overgrown pasture and commercial pig food. Would it be bad for them to turn them out on a third acre strawberry patch? I don't know how many strawberries are too many especially as they start to ferment.

Hi Clare; I don't think the over ripe berries will hurt them. But I do think they will terrorize your plants.  
8 week old piggys  won't do the damage older piggys would. So keep an eye on them , maybe limit how long they are in that pen.

Thanks Thomas. I should add that we are tilling under the plants so we are not concerned if they kill it.
