I am pretty sure this is Yellow Reishi after (Ganoderma curtisii), but want to make sure before harvesting any. I know there are relatively few known toxic polypores and the ones that are toxic are distinguishable and nothing like Ganoderma so chances are very good that I’d be fine even if it was misidentified. Nevertheless, I don’t want to be stupid although there is a point when you just got to go ahead. I mean it’s not like there’s a similar poisonous variety making it a high risk choice.
