Finally got a chance to watch it! Paul talks about haters, hugelkultur, fruit trees from seeds (the 20% of those that are "spitters" are great for hard cider making), his book, permaculture in an apartment, rocket mass heaters, and more. Zero Waste Chef mentions making sour cream from buttermilk and building her first hugel and her awesome 15 years in an intentional community. Their discussions about poo-less and intentional community were great!
