Need help! What pump to use for cistern to RV

My family and I are moving into our RV permanently and I can’t seem to find a submersible pump for my cistern to pump water to my city water hookup on my RV, can anyone help me please?

I helped a neighbor put a pump in a spring box, which looks like a miniature swimming pool at the bottom of the mountain covered with corrugated tin fed by a pipe running up the hill to a spring. we used a second hand  2 wire 4" diameter 1/2hp well pump that I had, hooked to a diaphragm  pressure tank And pressure switch to provide water to his and another neighbors house.
 
A day job? In an office? My worst nightmare! Comfort me tiny ad!
