53 SWM Looking for SWF Homesteading Partner

SWM 53. Currently looking for land to start a new homestead in Chattanooga, TN (but am open to other areas as well). Built my first house and homestead myself in NW Indiana 12 years ago but the cold seems to get harder to deal with each year and trying to do everything by myself is tough. Plus Chattanooga is beautiful, the cost of living is very good and with a greenhouse, you can grow year round. I like outdoor activities like hiking, biking and kayaking and other simple pleasures such as writing and playing music and poetry. I also spend a lot of time in meditation. As far as a partner goes, she needs to like to get her hands dirty and must take good care of herself physically and mentally/emotionally.
