We are finally paying off my first little 5 acres! I have been making payments for nearly 5 years, and I began, clearing and living here two years ago.

There is now a rapidly expanding orchard and next year we should have some real crops producing. Maybe at market in two years.

This place is still just beginning and lacking in comforts and infrastructure. I am looking for someone who want so come live/work off-grid. In addition to all organic food being provided and living here at no cost, we can negotiate a salary for you, (as long as you are working and getting things done), I imagine the low end of a monthly salary being 800$. Could be more, and there are lots of opportunities to generate extra income here. Basically, the more you work, the more you make!

Opportunities to learn are infinite! Everything from, organic, biodynamic, natural farming, permaculture, reindiginizing, orchard/food forest planting, to keeping and raising chickens, conventional framing/building, round wood building, felling trees, hugelkulture projects, treehouses hopefully beginning next year, potential for hunting, and all that goes with that. Striving for sustainability! Endless possibilities.

I have experience in this field and researched  all those beautiful amazing trailblazers and all having started  living off the grid from Italy to around the world - because of an deep urge to be out and about into serious permaculture Life - letting the regular backyard setting behind to help Mother Earth and future Generations.  As family we have built a sustainable family home back then (in Bavaria) making a survival living in-between and now ready to get the dream come true - be off the grit helping a place to sustain and drive and share. Let me know:) hoogkarina@yahoo.com

One day a chicken crossed a road and nobody questioned the motives. Thank you tiny ad.
