Peach tree not losing leaves

Like the title says-we are into October here in the panhandle and all of my fruit trees have lost most of their leaves with the exception of one peach tree.  It still has all of it's leaves and they are still a healthy green.  Do peaches lose their leaves due to temperature or amount of sunlight or a combination?

I'm in PA, and my peach tree leaves stay green after other trees have lost their leaves. Finally, when the weather gets below freezing for a few nights, they turn yellow and begin to fall off, but it is always the last tree.

Same here....ours have just now all blown off the trees but were the last glossy green leaves of all the fruit trees until a light freeze and then turned a beautiful yellow, then over the next week or so all are gone.

I'm wondering when almonds shed their leaves -- whether they hold on as late into the Fall as peaches and nectarines do.
