Between Brillouin for heat and this setup for electric, you solve most of the needs.
Now if i just build a superconducting ring of graphene and water around the property boundry for storage......

Bunk! Combination of a minor amount of buoyancy and pneumatically trapped air. Basically once the piston lowers sufficiently the gas is trapped and the weight isn't sufficient to compress it further nor push it past the obstruction/friction forces at the seal. This is not a buoyancy effect as claimed.
