I supposed it might be somewhat controversial to recommend, but there are a lot of very positive anecdotes concerning the use of psilocybin to help mitigate or even cure OCD.

This article from July 2020 provides a good overview of the state of the science behind psilocybin for OCD therapy, here is a very positive review from the University of Arizona and here's an ongoing US government clinical trial. A search engine will likely lead you to many more references if this piques your interest.  OCD can be very debilitating and this is the most effective treatment I've seen, the fact that it's easy to grow your own is an added bonus.
