What are the best natural remedies (behavioral/lifestyle, diet, herbs, etc) for managing Tourette's syndrome?

Not sure... but anemone and ashwagandha may be worth a try. My understanding is that stress makes it much worse, so any of the adaptogens - ginseng, siberian ginseng, gotu kola, devil's club, spikenard, stone root... probably a few others, because they kind of baffle hormone stress responses.... could be worth a try.  Organic celery juice is good for anxiety.  Make sure all the minerals are in the diet, along with natural fats and protein.   THis is all supposition on my part.  Maybe skullcap to calm nerves.
