HI, this is my first post, and I'm hoping one of you might have some insight. We have 4 Mulefoot piglets (our first litter), and three of them are exhibiting some eye problems. Two just appear to be irritation or pink eye, but one has me really worried. I've attached a picture to this post. To me the eye looks to either be ruptured, or this pink swelling is completely covering it. We are currently spraying it with colloidal silver, as well as the irritated eyes on the other two piglets. We've been keeping hey bedding in their
shelter. Could the dust or a
hay poke be causing this? Any ideas for treating? We can't afford a vet.
Thanks!
Brad
