questions to sepp an josef Holzer

Hello!

I've just born the idea, to visit the Krameterhof, to ask the questions the community would ask.
At least I will try to do that. I'm at home in austria, not too far from holzers place say 100 km or so.
So lets start collecting question and sort them. Maybe the 50 "most important" questions.
