I live at the western end. It's odd they didn't include Kentucky Dam. It made the world's largest manmade lake at the time, but if the video was from 1944, they may not have had time to get footage of KY Dam in it. My father's parents were from Birmingham, which is underwater now. https://www.fourriversexplorer.com/birmingham-kentucky/  TVA still runs the dams here to this day.

Amazing stuff. I wonder if in the future people will be doing the same thing as I am watching this, saying “Wow, I can’t believe they worked in those conditions.” With the way automation could be on the rise.
