So in my never ending persuit for something more to do I came across microgreens a while back and thought to my self "That looks to easy not to do". So after cleaning out my garage I decided to jump off into microgreen land. With nothing but a bag of sunflower seed from the big box store and a couple dozen youtube videos. With a repurposed wire shelf and grow lights a friend of mine gave me that he used for seedlings. He as he decided to go full carnivore (long long story). Anyway I have very little invested so far and my first couple of trays are coming right along. Same friend gave me several bags of beans and radish seeds so I will be trying them next
So if anyone is on the fence about trying this. I would highly recommend it. Super easy to do. If you can keep a house plant alive you can grow microgreens.
