I'm considering using greek yogurt as a substitute for milk in my recipe for LAB. I'll be using this LAB for my bokashi.
Has anyone else experimented with this? Any tips to share?

Keep in mind that using yogurt you are using a domesticated strain of lactic acid bacteria. It's okay, I've used it in occasion. But wild diverse culture is better, a Rolls Royce compared to a Kia
