We are moving to the East coast for 3-5 years and are seeking a permaculturist/organic farmer to caretake our farm. Five private acres on the central Oregon coast, 4 miles south of downtown Florence. The property surrounding ours is over 300 acres private timberland not due to be logged for 15+ years. A spring fed stream runs through our property. Great garden amenities and living space included. Must be OK with a DIY compost toilet/clean humanure pile.
