Partners wanted.  Have 60 acre land with HOA. Being force to build or have move out within 15 days.  We're currently not able to build lack of funds. Willing to sell property or share it with the right oeople.  Maybe together we can create a food forest live in harmony. Open for a couple for any one that is like minded. We're nature lovers. Love our veggies and animals 420 friendly no drugs. Have lots to share. Let's live as one.
Thank you!

Dude. Where?

Also, I appreciate your enthusiasm, and I really hope you do find a solution to your HOA problems. I hope you find like-minded people with whom you can form a mutually beneficial group.

But HOAs can sometimes be sub-optimal. I think that I have heard them described more harshly hereabouts. I think one question anyone is going to want answered, after where in the world you are, is everything regarding the HOA. They probably, for instance, have a definition of what constitutes an appropriate building, and appropriate progress over time. They might also have rules about what your property has to look like. I hope not, though, but it's a big enough problem in some areas that it's worth checking out.

Keep us posted, and good luck.

I think Chris asked some good questions.

Wow! 60 acres in an HOA. That sounds odd to me.  Yet without knowing the specifics of the situation. I think you'd be better of selling that 60 acres and buying 20 acres of less-restricted land near some good water source on a south-facing slope or so.

just my thoughts....

either way thank you!!! for posting here with the opportunity. This model of community-style permaculture relationships on the land is definitely the way to go !!!

post some pics if you may!

good luck and overgrow the gubermen!

We are a 22 and 25 year old couple (Anthony & Michayla) who is looking for land to live on in exchange for labor around the property, or any other work you may have for us. Anthony (25) has experience in pest control & some handy-man skills, but other than that we only have blue collar experience. We are hoping that through mentorship we can gain knowledge and eventually take on more responsibilities in exchange for a place on your property to build a tiny home or if not possible, just park a camper van. We are hoping that through this symbiotic relationship we can gain the hands on experience to begin our own homestead one day. We are quite, humble people with a sweet dog named Harper, who has more farm experience than we do (:
