Hey awesome Permies Gods of the site administration!!! You all Rock!!! And if your job/role ever seems thankless, Thank you!!! LOL!!!

This is more of an FYI sorta think to keep in mind if you have any say over mobile formatting of the like/dislike buttons.

When I browse the site on my smart phone, I like to scroll with my left thumb (while I am holding it with my left hand... cus my right hand finger is for the precision stuff like typing and poking at buttons). Anyhoo... When I do this (left thumb scroll), I constantly get the warning/confirmation asking if I really want to down vote the thread/post/comment which I accidentally hit the button for.

So a great big thank you for having that warning confirmation pop up and my apologies if I ever accidentally down vote a post/comment.

I just wanted to let you know that I keep fat thumbing it (for lack of a better term). So, in the future, if you are ever discussing moving those buttons away from my big fat thumbs, I am one of those who will notice it in a very appreciative spirit and send you all warm fuzzy thoughts... And... Rumor has it, these thoughts might keep you a tiny bit warmer in the  remaining winters in your life... (but just because you read it here, doesn’t mean it’s a verified fact, but more like something to keep in the back of your mind in the unlikely case that it can resurface in your twilight years and confuse the heck out of those around you).

So... Good Talk!!!

Have a grad day/evening!

Thanks

-Paul-

You are not alone, and I feel your pain.  While I have certainly hit thumbs down by accident a number of times, I always get a message asking me if this is what I really want.  Still, I do understand the frustration.
