I'm setting up a bin so I can compost my garbage. (I currently do this with an ordinary compost pile, but a bear recently tore through my bin, and I've been thinking that it'd be better to feed larvae inside, rather than put out garbage that a bear would find appealing.)

Anyway, I could order some BSF larvae online, but it'd be more permie to find a local source if possible.

Also, does anyone know how BSF frass compares to the output of a compost pile, for use in the garden?
