I went on a very interesting herbal farm tour yesterday. I had an interesting time with a scientist involved in Apitherapeutical and Phytopharmacological Research. At one time this particular 70 acre farm had 370 species of plants to study. A fascinating 3 hour talk on plant research, plant conservation efforts, seed vaults, phytoactives in various plants.....
Anyhooo, the scientist conducting the tour had so many tips on what plants to use daily...
Try growing some Agrimony, folks. The good Dr. told us that he grew up in Hungary and they always used Agrimony Tea (especially in the winter) and know he knew why. I can't remeber all theat he had to say about this plant but this pfaf.org page might be helpful.

I'll add more plants and tips later.
