Don't let the title put you off, with over 100 recipes and great explanations about the science of fermentation this book has it all.
I've been fermenting a our family favorites for a while now, but this book inspired me to try a couple of new things, which turned out great. I found the book easy to read and always interesting because of the tips and pointers. The recipes can be made in the amounts given or doubled+ for bigger batches. With 320 pages it covers all the fundamentals and tools to make fermenting a snap for anyone.
This is a good fit for anyone interested in
permaculture, preparedness, natural methods, or just wanting to get more delicious raw foods into their families diets.
