I'm going through a new book, 'Building Your Permaculture Property' and step 0 is getting a permaculture accountability partner.  If anyone else is like me and has spent was too much time reading books instead of putting a design in place, then this is the book to help.  Anyone else interested in working through the book with me?

I've made my share of those, mostly at small costs, but now I want to make some really expensive mistakes, oops I mean implement some big permaculture design steps.
