hey yall im a new guy here not to mention young I'm about to follow in my father's footsteps and go over the road until i get enough money to go to college or establish myself in a other way, and i found some land for sale its 35.5 acres for about $130,000. and ive been thinking of working on getting this property when im able its been on the market for a long time now and was wondering if this is a good price for land in South Carolina, its farmland and some land that has been logged with a good amount of trees left on the property. Was going to at least farm some of the land for personal and family benefit. Let me know what yall think.
