Tried to buy this but it's really too big for us.  Needed some repairs, 1890 farmhouse and gambrel barn.  There's space for multiple ponds.  An intentional community down the road a bit
 Lots of privacy.   I can send you the link, have to dig it up. They took 522,000 offer on it, but inspection turned up lots of issues. Maybe a group of people should buy it?
