Each year we have a Greenhouse chicken coop tour every year. It's my opportunity to show off hugel beds and promote permaculture. The hugel beds generated a lot of interest since I had one in the constructuion phase as well as ones already producing. About 100 visitors always a good time.

Our inability to change everything should not stop us from changing what we can.
