Hi, my name is Gene and I'm looking for a partner who is interested in gardening and prepping for when the poop hits the fan. She should be around my age, I'm 61 and still get around good. I've managed to do a lot on 3 acres and need the help. She would need to drive tractor or be willing to learn. I've got a lot of trees, berries and other things planted. I have an extra small cabin and a shop with tools and vehicles, etc. If we find each other compatible then maybe we can get together, if not that's ok. Looking for someone who doesn't come with baggage and can pay her own bills as I pay my own. You don't have to pay any bills like water, electricity, cable or my phone. No gold diggers or any free loaders and I will protect myself in this arrangement. Please, if your interested you can come and check it out for yoourself before you make a decision and I'm not looking for comments from the cheap seats. So if your serious see the pic of me. I'll give you my email and we will go from there. gene_shrt@yahoo.com

I guess I should list more about me and whp I'm looking for.  I'm looking for someone who wants to garden, raise chickens, goats, bees, fruit trees, berries, mushrooms, etc. I have garlic planted, strawberries, blueberries, avocado trees, banana trees, paw paw trees, blackberries, wild on the property and ones I purchased. I have to build a greenhouse to help save my avocado and banana trees. I've managed to start avocado trees from seeds and don't want to lose them. I have raised garden beds. I grew potatoes and sweet potatoes learning how to along the way. A root cellar is in the plan as well as a tornado/hideout shelter. I'd like to feed myself with what I grow and store for long term and maybe sell the rest.

I'm a disabled Veteran and retired from the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers where I worked as the cook steward on a dredge for over 20 years. I am divorced with no kids and would consider younger women with a child.

I've managed to lose over 80lbs since last year and see the current pic of me. I have my health problems, but I keep on truckin. I smoke those nasty cigs and chew the gum to help me quit. I have my mmj card and yes, I use that medicine when I have to.

My utilities are cheap to me and like I said, I can pay them myself and it wouldn't be that much more to add someone to them. I am looking at solar and other alternatives. I collect rainwater and compost.

I like old muscle cars as you can see in the picture. I like El Caminos and I need to repair mine and get them running. I have a lot on my plate and hope to have a partner who wants to help me out.

I live in north central Arkansas between the county and city limit, 3 lakes/ponds to fish and I enjoy fishing.  I can sew and I also make stick furniture.

Here's my current photo, if you'd like to get in touch just email me and we will get things started. I am very serious about finding someone and hope you are too.
