chop apples into bite size chunks/ peel or don't peel, it's up to you

simmer apple chunks in cherry juice or wine for 20 min.

remove apples from simmering pan and place in toaster oven (dehydrator might work too), slowly cook them at a low temp for a few hours


store them in a pocket sized metal container for a tasty treat on the go .
