Question about Ecovillage Training Center Apprenticeships

Has anyone attended the Ecovillage Training Center apprenticeships at The Farm in Summertown, Tennessee?  I am looking at attending the natural building program this summer and would like to hear the experiences of someone who might have participated in any of their offerings in recent years. 

And a quick note:  I grew up in that part of the country, so I'm familiar with the hot & humid weather, the bugs, and stuff like that...
