So, I am currently designing a swale. Would very much like to read something which discusses the significance of soil type, slope etc. in what type of swale to design. The design manual doesn't seem to have a great deal on such things, unless I've missed them.

Also any case studies of successional sowing/planting on swales, especially for temperate climates, could be very helpful to me.

Thanks.

I haven't read much on swales yet but when I googled it I got a response of a forum here at permies, go figure lol. Anyways, here it is, sounds like a good book was recommended on the topic~
