Hey There.....have been following Permies for sometime now......Amazing..........Amazing information here.........I am 64 years old.............a psychologist............getting ready to retire to 7 acres up in Mariposa County California. I am looking to get in touch with my 'inner farmer/gardener.' For the last 3 years my husband and I have been traveling up to Mariposa every other weekend building our place up there.........the barn and guesthouse are pretty much done......I have planted about 10 fruit
trees and am getting ready to
fence a garden plot and plant about 6 rows of grapevines.............Lots of work but worth it.......Love the area and the people there............I will keep you all posted..............
