Covington, VA… someone suggested i join here!

I was directed here by someone nice on another site that was super mean!

we have some land, 25 acres but very vertical, in Covington Virginia, looking to connect with some like-minded people! we have a little money to fuel entrepreneurial projects… there’s an old mill and forge we’d love to  see restored for people who know the craft… creek and our own spring fed water… 1930’s super cute home we are renovating (it’s livable) plus a little 1950’s cabin. we are trying to build a small off grid camp site while also securing a future for our family.

How long have you had this land?  What elevation are you at?

And just to clarify are you looking for neighbors to help and collaborate with or are you open to the idea of people from else where coming together on your land to homestead?
