How many calories do you think are in an acorn squash if you ate all the seeds and everything?  I grew a couple last year for the first time and have stored them for six months and I’m eating them today. I’m excited about the potential of them.

I asked Mr. Google who said that One cup of whole, roasted squash seeds has 285 calories.

And A half-cup of baked acorn squash (one serving) contains the following nutrients: Calories: 57.

That would give enough information to make some calculations.

Depending on how many cups are in the acorn squash and how many cups are in the seeds.

I have seen some really big acorn squash fruit.
