I'm Sara, recently purchased 120 acres of property with my partner in Cheboygan, Michigan. It's gorgeous, secluded, 15 minutes from Walmart and Mackinaw Island. We have trails and 3 ponds on the property. We have a camper that was recently renovated and an insulated shipping container that serves as a bunkhouse (no bathroom in the shipping container yet). We have worked really hard to pick the perfect property.
Right now we are back & forth from Allen Park, and are in search of a family, or some nice individual(s), who would be interested in possibly renting these units or leveraging the property for gatherings, events, etc. There is potential for long term arrangements / building / selling. We have thought of homesteading, tiny house community, campgrounds and misc. events including medicine circles, drum circles, and the like.
