I was looking at a restaurant equipment auction site.
They had an item marked "STAINLESS STEEL BREADING STATION ON CASTERS"
Hmm, a specialized table for prepping foods for frying, simple enough.
But it had a cord in the pictures...
Turns out, the best of them have a trap door at the bottom of the breading bin.
That leads to a chamber where an auger breaks up all the clumps that came from dipping wet food in the breading.
It's way over the top, but what a crazy way to mix your potting soil!
Imma gonna bid on it, but not too much, I already have a robust potting table, and a drill mounted auger that I use to mix my soil.
But it is stainless steel, so if I win it cheap enough, profit is guaranteed.
Nice! I saw something similar at a greenhouse once...looked very similar to that, but it had an auger chute that came up from the bin, so you could just push a button and it spat out potting soil into the waiting container from the mixer below. Any overflow fell through a grate back into the hopper.
