Welcome. This is my first post. In your book, do you go into permaculture and other "cultures" as I see your site supports development in Nepal and the Himalayas? I am involved with a group that is encouraging a group of women who are very poor and trying to raise their grandchildren orphaned by AIDS in Zambia.

Hi Sue,
I do talk about how we can use permaculture for designing for other cultures. Also how permaculture can be used for regenerative development and how that differs from the mainstream definition of development.
I also explore how to facilitate cultural shifts and this can be in the context of our existing cultures or other cultures.
Good luck with the project you are helping - it sounds very worthwhile.
Looby
