I thought you all might enjoy this...it's in Nehalem, Oregon on the north coast. We have so many elk around the garden (it's fenced to keep them out!) that we use the droppings as free fertilizer. They are used to seeing us so do not spook too easily and hang out just outside the house a lot...it gives the (indoor only!) kitties a little excitement.
