Help!

My beautiful cabbage and leafy greens are becoming a buffet for looper worms. I picked out the ones I could find and harvested the poopy plants, but the holes in my leaves are getting worse.

What have you used to get rid of these yucky pests?
I've read of folks using garlic spray, BT, neem oil, sprinkiling flour, cornmeal, DA earth? Anyone have luck with any of these?
I'm going to try planting more garlic & onions in those beds as well.

Thanks!

My suggestion would be to try a soapy solution first.

Try a tablespoon of soap, usually dish liquid, and 1 quart water.

If after several applications this still has not worked then try a Bacillus Thuringiensis (Bt) spray or a Neem Oil spray.

Another suggestion is to pick them off and drop them in a pail of water.  This is my remedy for tomato horn worms.
