ok so basically im living in wyoming (cheyenne at the moment but casper soon enough) and i would like to take a PDC this winter (preferably a 72hr course) on the weekends around work, i would be willin to pay extra to be certified at such an inconvenient time as i would like to host my own PDC in the spring of 2013 in the Cheyenne area before officially signing off a property as a community garden, if anyone near the area would like to offer it to me one individua to another or knows of another option, then please feel free to post on this thread or send me a PM with specifics:)
