I just received this message from Ginger Inga, posted with her permission:

"I just wanted you to know 100% of the roots are showing growth.  There was a little guy in there (I figured the poor thing got busted off another root since it was so small) it was barely the thickness of my pinky finger and as long as the 1st digit, like seriously small since I wear a small glove LOL You were so generous with the size of the root cuttings the PO prolly knocked it off in getting it here.

Well that little guy is the star of the group and had 4 tiny leaves before any other even showed a leaf bud! Some are already needing to be repotted or put in the ground the roots are out of the bottoms of the pots I put them in to begin with.  I decided not to put them in the ground immediately so I could keep and eye on them, give them a dappled sun/ shade area and keep them moist.  It had been incredibly dry at the time they arrived."

Thank you so much for the grow report Ginger!  I love hearing about comfrey successes.
