Is there anyone in Eastern Tennessee, or in any hardcore building codes county, who has successfully been approved for a ‘post & beam’ cordwood home?

Finding that the two counties I’m looking to buy an acreage do require plans/approval.

TIA

Essentially post and beam is a generic style and I believe it would be applicable in any code.
What is used as infill does not affect the structural integrity of the structure, particularly if the posts are set into the ground.
