Seeking 1-3 individuals who are interested in rural communal living. Sharing expenses in a just and egalitarian way. Plans are to make the land more productive, a farmette with a produce stand and greenhouses. Location is 15 minutes away from an interstate and has amazing views. The land is a mix of fields, some woods and a stream. This is a small acreage that is 2-3 hours away from Pittsburgh, State College and the DMV area, in the mountains of Pennsylvania.

Plans to build a house are in the future, this is very exciting! Backup systems will be in place with plans for a solar array. Also the internet here is good and very reliable. So it’s a perfect spot for teleworkers! Also, cell service is good here, new tower to the east of this location.

Values in line with Unitarian Universalist Assembly, to give a general idea of what I find important, with a very anarcho-syndicalist philosophy there too. Yet there will be very set and defined agreements. Those who choose to not receive the Covid vaccine should not inquire, this is a non negotiable and not up for debate. Omnivore diet, with plans for animal husbandry in the future. Vegetarians and vegans welcome but please understand the future plans.

Maybe you would like to consider moving to Jefferson County to homestead -- this is available Feb 2024:  https://www.quietcreekherbfarm.org/seeking-future-stewards.html

Thank you. But this is lane that I am already on. Looking for others.

And then the flying monkeys attacked. My only defense was this tiny ad:
