There is something very rewarding about cooking, and recently, I've come across some amazing cooking videos that I think fellow permies would absolutely love. What I like most about the videos, is the atmosphere is practically therapeutic. Not only do they combine the mystique of a far-off land and culture, but also the beauty of nature ... a foggy mountain side; a drizzle of rain ... and in the silence of no one speaking, the peace of the moment as they cook some of the most amazing things I've ever seen.



For those of you more adventurous, you can see them cook  cow head soup

It's tough to go anywhere near this post without getting mired in the difficulties of the day. No thank you.

I will says this: these folks clearly know what they are doing, and their tools are sharp. The spice mix looks like a work of art. So yes, satisfying to watch.
