peru/bolivia

Hola,

My husband, small son and I will be traveling in Peru and Bolivia next year (from October). We are looking for places to visit and people to meet who are interested in Permaculture. We want, eventually, to leave chilly Scotland for somewhere warmer so would be very glad to hear from you if you can help! We are also looking for places to stay in exchange for our skills and labour. My husband is a (south american) native spanish speaker and healer. My son is 3, bilingual and very entertaining. I am a community development worker and speak English and limited Spanish.

Hello, if passing through Lima Peru, definitely get in touch with Casa Ninfa, they have a wonderful new permaculture site just south of the city, and work with communities in Lima as well as around Peru. They have a facebook page and website and will respond to you if you email. Omar should be a good contact to start. Absolutely wonderful folks. I lived in Lima for three months and totally enjoyed my visits with them.
