One day I was wondering about how much biomass my property produced and needed to be managed.
May it be useful for some permaculture designs to have an estimate of carbon sequestration by trees and shrubs?

While looking around university sources a (non english) document presented an interesting table for some climate zones (non USDA).
Find attached a table with the best approximations to USDA climate zones I could find.
This table was produced for urban/suburban contexts.

1,0 KgCO2/m2y = It can absorb 1 Kg of CO2 in 1 m2 of leaves each year.

1 WUE = Very Low  Water Use Efficience
5 WUE = Very High Water Use Efficience

Example: Salix alba (White Willow)

ZoneKgCO2/m2yWUE
74.472
84.502
95.542
103.762

Please, contrast with other methods or approaches.

Thanks to the formula provided in this thread

https://permies.com/t/108857/tree-conversion-rate

that can be summarized like this

KgTree/m2y  = KgCO2/m2y x 70%

the white willow table from the previous post can be converted into Kg of tree in one square meter of leaves during one year

ZoneKgTree/m2yWUE
73.132
83.152
93.882
102.632
