Yeah, I know.  I hate to think about that part too.

But anyway, I'm doing some long-term planning, putting out initial feelers about maybe, sorta, starting a community in the future.

I was just wondering (especially those involved in a community) what do you do for rules?  What has worked and what hasn't?

I mean, I want to be as hands-off as possible, but if the same time if somebody starts getting belligerent I want to retain the right to send them packing.  And, of course, in all of this I want to be square up front where the lines are between OK, and NOT OK, just so everybody knows the pool rules from the beginning.
