Hi Rane,
What I'm about to say is a pretty charged statement, and I don't want you to take it the wrong way or be discouraged. Honest and practical, architects/designers will seldom give a "boil plate," of any great detail. It just is not professional, nor practical. Each building is a living thing of sorts, all on it's own. As a designer, I must know a habitat the architecture will live in, among many other details that are important to know in the design, including what styles of home you would want. This is why you pay someone like me, or an architect.
Now if you have come to the forum, because you are going to design and build something yourself, then you can get guidance on how to do that, but seldom will a professional (none of any good standing,) do that for you. It isn't just for fiscal reasons either, liability and proper design modality plays just as an important part in why not to provide "build ready boiler plates." As you pointed out, that web page you referenced was a "nightmare," most that give "boiler plates," and charge you for them are nightmares. I have facilitated many frames in my life. I have even provided basic "boiler plates," for certain applications, but someone would work very hard to give the architecture life.
Regards,
jay
